Taking care of your skin is important to maintain a youthful look at any age. But as you get older, your skin will lose its glow and elasticity. Thankfully, the right process can provide your skin with new life. Skin rejuvenation from Clinicare Dix30 does not mean you have to go through pricy treatments and surgical procedures. When you follow some skin care procedures, your skin will stay bright and toned. To rejuvenate your skin, here are tips you should consider:

Avoid Prolonged Sun Exposure

To minimise the signs of aging, you should stay safe and protect your skin from the UV rays of the sun. Limiting your exposure to these rays can slow down the impacts of aging on your skin. So, whenever you are outside, always wear a sunscreen with at least 30 SPF. Also, try to avoid being exposed to the sun for a long time between 10 am to 2 pm. Lastly, wear protective clothing such as shirts, sunglasses, and hats.

Exfoliate Your Skin Every Week

Skin exfoliation gets rid of the top dead skin layer, accelerates the natural healing process of the skin, and initiates collagen production. Eliminating dull, dry, and rough skin patches will reveal a youthful-looking skin.

Modify Your Diet

If you want to rejuvenate your skin, you may need to say goodbye to your favourite potato chips and replace them with antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables. Also, you should eat walnuts, flaxseed oils, and salmon because they contain omega-3 fatty acids that promote healthy skin cell formation. Make sure to add vitamin C foods to your diet. In addition, to minimise the signs of aging, decrease your sugar consumption because too much sugar in the body can lead to wrinkles and dull skin.

Reduce Alcohol Consumption

Did you know that consuming alcohol can cause dilation of your skin’s blood vessels? When this happens, the blood flow near the skin’s surface increases. Over time, alcohol can permanently damage these blood vessels, causing a red, uneven, and blotchy complexion. This doesn’t mean you should not consume alcohol again. Just keep in mind that much of how you look directly resulted from what you put into your mouth. So, if you cannot quit alcohol, take it in moderation.

Stop Smoking

Cigarette contains nicotine that can cause blood vessel swelling and lead to skin thinning. Also, smoking minimises collagen production in the body, causing sagging skin. It depletes your body of vitamin C. Vitamin C is an important element for hydration and skin rejuvenation.
